Notice N°03/2026 – Subject : Nautical instruction relay.
Recreationnal users of the harbor are informed that,
Upon request from the Maritim prefecture for the Atlantic ocean, we transfer you with the following notice:
The french Navy is likely to organize an amphibious operation training, including landing manoeuvers the 8th and 9th of february 2026 in the “Re island-la Rochelle” area.
For this pupose, an amphibious helicopter’s carrier of the french Navy could be dynamicaly positionned in the roadsted from “La Palice” Port. Landing’s area will likely take place on “Rivedoux plage” site.
Navigation could punctally be under special rule in the concerned areas. Protection’s distances, and severe manoeuvers constraints could be imposed by the carrier and its associated means.
It is then strongly recommended that recreationnal users should:
