Terms and conditions:

“Week” is 7 nights. “Month” is from “date to date”, except period of price switch between “Peak” and “Low” season. The invoice period will then end up the last day of the concerned period. These offers cannot be split.
« Move » correspond to the necessary handling of lifting up boats, setting them on their cradle or launching them. Applies as well for loading/unloading onto transport or ashore berth.

Liability, conditions of use.

  • « La Régie » caters for all the necessary operation, Cradle’s positioning, wedges furniture and boat wedging.
  • For a move to an Ashore berth: Catering’s liability starts after links have been set on the vessel by “the client”. From the moment that the boat it taken in these at Travelift dock, until She is set on her cradle.
  • For a launching move: Catering’s liability starts from the moment that the boat it taken in the links, until the vessel is floating in the Travelift dock.
  • “La Régie » provides cradles on the dedicated « Technical area ». It is prohibited to modify their architecture neither to change the wedging of the vessel by Marina’s Staff.
  • « The client » can bring and park his own cradle in case of agreement from “La Régie”. To obtain it, the cradle must have been certified and declared conform to its use by an agreed specialized certifying operator. It must also be usable by the marina to store vessels of the same type as those it has been certified for.
  • Due to wind resistance to the wind of a masted vessel, « The client » must ensure by all means the stability of the ashore vessel that « the client » is in charge. In case of strong winds, all supplementary measures that “the client” could take to protect the vessel have to be told to “Hoisting service” staff that will mention it on the daily logbook. As soon wind drops, “the client” must ensure the vessel is in the same state as the one existing once Travelift had left Her on the cradle
  • Before ordering vessel handling, “the client” must ensure She is free of any obstacles/lines/links/Ladder…
  • Above 35 Knots of wind, any move or hoisting gear use is prohibited.
  • The office is opened from Monday to Saturday from 08:00am to 6:00pm.
  • Apart from above schedules, an extra fee will be charged for any hoisting movement.

Cancelation’s fee:

  • 10T to 50T: free if cancelled at least 4 hours before appointment. 50 Euros otherwise.
  • 150T: free if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. 100 Euros otherwise.
