In accordance with Port regulation Port regulation the postal service is restricted to individual, particular clients. Therefore, no Enterprise can have its Company’s address at the harbor master’s office. Individual society, associations, moral identity can’t use Master’s office or any of the port’s building as legal, principal or secondary address.
Any client, visitor as well as annual berth holder wishing to have mail addressed to the harbour master’s office of “Les Minimes” or “Vieux Port” shall fill up the following request form. Once completed and sent, it will be added to our list of clients receiving their postal mail. If form is not completed, any mail received at the Harbor master’s office will be sent back to French postal service.

The request has to be renewed evry year, during the month of January. Post received will only be detained 15 days, after that it will be sent back to the french postal service “La Poste”
We will not accept any parcels or other than usual post. A notice will be left for you, but for safety and liability matters, parcels or registered mail will not be accepted by Harbor master’s staff. For parcel deliveries, we recommand you to use the services of the French postal service, or the parcel delivery points.
The harbor master’s staff will never receive any registered mail in one’s behalf.
