This form is reserved for individuals’mariners. No professional, association or similar shall register thru this form. To benefit from an economic “AOT*”, professionals or association should register thru the “Declaration d’interet” form (Translation in progress)
In accordance with the Port Regulations, to obtain an annual “AOT*”, mariners are requested to complete the following form in order to register on the waiting list. Registration is free for the current calendar year. You will then be asked for the sum of €15 at the beginning of the next year to maintain your registration. Failure to pay will result in removal from the waiting list.
The application must be made in the name that appears on the ship’s deed: the proper name of the holder who is the full owner or a majority or equal co-owner. The AOT can only be established in this name.

«…» In the case of co-ownership, only the owner of the majority can be issued with an AOT. A minority co-owner may not under any circumstances hold an AOT in his/her name.

Your registration on the waiting list will be confirmed digitally.

*An AOT is an Authorization for Temporary Occupation of the public port domain. By this act, the port authority allows a beneficiary to exercise use on a part of the public domain of which it is effectively managed for a pre-established period and under the conditions determined by granting occupancy rights.
