NOTICE TO MARINERS
Notice N°15bis/2026 – Subject : Marina users representatives election.
Recreationnal users of the harbor are informed that,
As foreseen in their statutes, recreationnal ports and marinas shall constitute a “Comitee of permanent local users of the port” (CLUPP).
Menbers registered in the “CLUPP” shall elect 6 representatives (3 full members and 3 alternate members) whom will be their representatives at Port’s council. As the 5 years term of office for the members shall end up soon, we therefore need to organize new elections.
The local comitee, “CLUPP”, is composed of annual berth contract holders, or those holding a contract of 6 months at least granted by Port authorities.
An email has been sent today to whom complies with these conditions, explaining the modalities to be entered on the electoral roll for “CLUPP”.
In case you hold a contract of more than 6 months but haven’t received the email, please get in touch with the harbor master’s office at “les Minimes” and they will be glad to provide you with explanation and link to register.
