Since January 2018, fare basis for annual berth holders has changed to the “Occupied Surface” of the ship. Independantly from fare’s annual variation, the calculation is set as described below:

Annual contract: fixed amount (Vat inc.)

Surface above 10 Sq.m : (S x 83,155€) + 460,53€ TTC

Annual fare basis	(Surface x Variable) + Fixed amount
Variable fare applying to the surface	83,155 €

Multiplying factor for multihulls

90%

Surface = (Overall lenght x Overall width) Rounded to inferior digit.

Annual basis fare runs from January 1st to December 31st. For signed contract during the year, a prorata temporis will be deducted from the price, in 1/12th basis of the annual price.
In case of contract cancelation during the year, the reimboursment will be calculated with the rule of 1/12th from the total amount plus 1/12th extra fee for contract cancelation.
